    懒得说了,一张图片说话吧

    头一次被拍击球的动作,比我想象的难看多了. 最明显的身体是转动而不是甩动,所以击球力量总是有限.
    不过不管怎么说,这个夏天还是在球场上有收获的,至少多年不见的腹肌总算隐隐若现了.
